Success in the Information Age is defined by adoption of platforms that offer 1000x performance scalability.  The gating performance metrics are cost, energy and bandwidth density.  The IPSR-I has facilitated consensus among the semiconductor and photonics industry supply chains since 1997.  The 2020 Roadmap release will be the first edition from Technical Working Groups led by practitioners from US, Europe and Asia.  The contents guide Hardware supply chain coherence informed by innovation in the Chip/Interposer/Package/Board hierarchy and by trends in distributed system Architecture and Software.  Each session will feature four levels of perspective: i) CTO Vision and Engineering Implementation, ii) Research Solutions and iii) Panel Consensus.
